       雷群英,博士,教授,博士生导师,享受政府特殊津贴专家。2002年获上海医科大学博士学位,之后在美国加州大学洛杉矶分校做博士后研究,2006年加入复旦大学。研究方向为肿瘤代谢, 在基金委杰出青年、重点和科技部重大等项目支持下, 研究成果以通讯作者/共同通讯作者在Cancer Cell、Cell Metabolism、Molecular Cell、J.Clin.Invest. 和Nature Communi.等期刊发表。目前担任中国细胞生物学协会细胞代谢分会主委,全国医学生物化学与分子生物学协会副理事长和上海市生物化学与分子生物学协会副理事长兼秘书长。

 
研究方向
       代谢异常是癌症的一个重要标志。癌细胞即使在不缺氧的状态下也优先利用葡萄糖产生乳酸,这就是著名的瓦伯格效应(Warburg效应)。最近的癌症基因组学研究发现癌症的发生和发展与代谢异常有直接关系。目前一个涵盖癌症细胞内外的异常代谢特征网络正在形成, 而这些代谢特征是如何在肿瘤发生过程中形成且如何改变代谢进而导致癌症发生发展的机制还有很多尚未研究清楚。
       课题组通过探索癌细胞对不同营养物质的感受利用, 确定导致肿瘤细胞代谢改变的关键酶,并研究其在肿瘤微环境中的新陈代谢功能等等,希望能够阐明癌症发生和发展过程中潜在的代谢机制变化。
